Locs and color REQUIRE consultation before appointments will be accepted. No exceptions, email to request consultation. Hair is not included in extensions services or prices, see details for what hair (in pic) and how much to bring. Please come to all appointments alone. Shampoo and condition are included with all services. I do not accept cash, all payments are processed via Gloss Genius. Late fee will be added to ALL arrivals that are later than 15 minutes if I am able to still take you. Last minute cancelations are 50% charge of scheduled service, No Call No Shows are 100% charge of scheduled service and you will be banned from booking.

Cancellation Policy

I charge 50% last minute cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled appointments and 100% fee for no call no shows.
